Do not deal with this company - Homeland Windows & Siding - if you're looking into getting windows or any type of door for your home. The owner is a young guy who comes off as really nice (name is Jeff Fine), but he has no business sense whatsoever. We gave him a downpayment in October for work on our house and the company never called to schedule the installation and every time we tried calling, we would get an answering machine. It would take days for him to respond to any of our messages - - he would NEVER call us by phone and would only respond to us by email. Finally we had to ask for our downpayment back - - if we're ever going to get that money back at all. At this point, we are assuming we will not get our money back and that we've been swindled of more than $700 dollars from this man and this company. Do not trust this company! We had to learn the hard way. I will definitely file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. If you do not want to be ripped off like us, please do NOT use Homeland Windows & Siding or trust Jeff Fine for anything.
