This company is running a "wholesome" scam on clients.
I was going to pursue them as an employer until a friend who worked for them briefly filled me in on the scam. They sell suposedly superior industrial lighgting - flourescent bulbs that supposedly last longer, brighter, etc.
The scam is that the bulbs burb brighter because they are hot flourescent bulbs versus the cold cheaper ones usually purchased by customers. They have theri reps install them so teh customer doesn't get wise to their scam. They spout they are #1 but have absolutely no factual or supporting basis for that claim except the lame and pathetic OUR CUSTOMERS TELL US WE ARE #1.
The sad news is that my buddy paid upfront to become their rep and did receive soem product, training tapes and had a bizarre guy come out to help him close deals??? And the visiting rep got the commissions?
My buddy listened to the weekly sales call and figured out it would take years to maybe make teh $ he had been told others made. Based on his last two sales calls he was curious how the others were doing so well when there sales figures were nothing to write home about.
They talk integrity and honesty. BOGUS Better to buy hot flourescents at Hxxx Dxxxx
sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company your comments on this policy are welcome!
