After the property was purchased buy a new owner which were had no knowledge of in either 04 or 05 the property Management Company Ammre 2823 Richmond Ave NE 505-765-5800 505-765-58589 (fax) started sending out watre and trash bill that were over priced and never wrre the issuse before. I seem that when there is a vacate Apartment which one tenant is moving out on Febuary 28th 2110 then these bills star to come. Last year when another apartment was available June or July then they started sending bougas water and trash bills. I have paid $84.00 in good faith (why i don't know) and was sent a bill that I owed a balance of $100.00 as of 12. No that someone is moving out her we go again I spoke with some other people who live here this is a four (4) plex and two other families live her. The first 12 months I lived here 05-15-08 to 05/31/09 I never recieved a water or trash bill.
