This company is corrupt to its core! Preying on innocent immigrants usually of Armenian descent in the Glendale CA area. They charge outrageous fees to file forms and gouge consumers. No one who has a meager understanding of English needs those services! You can file the forms free of charge instead of paying these rude and corrupt people. I recently paid for passport pictures and they were returned to me as sub standard. When I went in to ask for a refund the owner, used profanity and yelled at me and told me to leave. Their error resulted in me losing my time, money and I had to postpone my trip to see my mother whom I havent seen in 2 years. Please call the immigration department if you need to file forms for status! It is easy and quick. You do not have to pay thse people thousands of dollars to fill in some forms that take 20 minutes. Do not use these services because you will wind up losing your money and not getting what you paid for! Thank you.
