I received a HoMedics Shiatsu Pillow for Christmas 2009.in less than a month, it stopped working. After emailing the company twice and getting no response, I called only to be told that call volumes were heavy and to call back. When I finally did reach a person after being on hold for 20 minutes, I was told to send the item back and it would be replaced. I sent it back on Feb 2 which cost me $10.85. When I called on Feb 19 to inquire about the status of my return I was again put on hold and the CSR could not tell me if my damaged product had been received. She also said that I would not be reimbursed for my postage. So a gift I received is costing me over $10. When I expressed my irritation at HoMedic's customer service practices (unreturned emails, long wait times on calls, and not refunding postage for their defective product), the CSR told me to "have a nice day" and hung up on me. This is the worse company I have ever dealt with and will never buy another HoMedics product again.
