Problems obtaining Payment from this Mystery Shopping Agency Internet

I want to add to the poor record of this company. I have started to conduct coveted market research for this company as a mystery shopper in March. The last visit I completed was in October. I have received one cheque in July only after insisting several times to get paid. I am waiting for payment for 6 jobs, conducted between August and October without any indication by Kerry CRM of unsatisfactory or incomplete reports being returned by me, except for one occasion, where I duly re-evaluated a location.in thei=r terms and conditions, the company claims to process payment on a monthly basis, which is industry standard. When I had not received payment in December I approached the company and was 'put on hold' several times. The first answer I got was, they were 'processing payment', I could expect payment in a few days. When I reminded them a week later, I was informed I should request payment via paypal, which I did twice - to no avail. (After reading other complaints - surprise). I haven't heard from the company since (just as I had never heard from them before) or received payment (totalling EUR 86.00 in fees and reimbursements - not a high amount, but enough to hurt me, I might add).
I strongly discourage anybody looking for casual work as a mystery shopper to work with this agency! Even if their intentions are good - they are unable to manage and maintain their group of assessors properly and seem to be unwilling to engage in any type of exchange about outstanding payments.in December I have announced to take legal steps to obtain payment - seeing the hassle involved in court proceedings, I might choose to just let it be, learn my lesson and hope, the future of this company may be as bleek as their own business ethos. As a customer service advisor, Kerry CRM's own ability to liaise with their agnets seems quite pityful! From my own experience, I can not recommend this company in any way!
