In Oct Donlin advertised 50 Wii consoles & games in stock - to ship immediately. My order was accepted online and charged to my credit card. When it did not arrive, I called multiple times and was told that it would ship shortly. About 2 weeks before Christmas they finally admitted that it would not ship before Christmas, and agreed to refund my money and I would find one somewhere else.in mid January when I had still not received my refund on my credit card, I called - over a 60 day period Dave and his sales / bookkeeping associates continued to tell me they would get a check out to me shortly - that it was too late to put the credit back through my credit card. It has not been almost 16 months and they have still not refunded my money - over $313. Dave does not return my phone calls, and has done nothing to try to resolve this honestly, even though I have left multiple phone messages and emails with contact info. Most recently I have filed complaints with the FBI internet fraud unit and the Consumer Protection Division.
Do not trust this merchant!!
