I ordered a faucet on August 6 with a guaranteed delivery of 2-4 days. My credit card was charged $340 on August 8th. The item didn't even ship until August 11th and it did not arrive until August 18th. This was after multiple phone calls, each time with them promising me it "should be there any day". I had contractors scheduled for the install, unfortunately due to the item being over a week late, had to reschedule. Even with the reschedule, I called to cancel and was promised that they would send a pre-packaged label to ship it back on their dime, as well, that they would refund me the full amount since it was their fault.
Again, it took multiple emails, phone calls and promises from different representatives and another 5 weeks until this label arrived. I sent the item back immediately, but again, it took multiple phone calls and emails until I was refunded - this was day 56 after the original purchase. I was furious to find out that they only refunded 80% of what they owed me. After more calls, they promised the "check had been sent out" already and it should arrive ANY day. My mistake to not contact credit card immediately as they never sent a check and 60 days passed where I can not dispute the charges.
More phone calls ensued, a filing with the BBB and more promised that they were sending the money. I come to find out that DAVE, the customer service representative who kept promising me this money, is also one of the owners.in the latest emails, he doesn't even sign the email but 5% of the time and sends Blank emails, one-worded emails or in concise emails that only include one or two words without my name, his name or anything else except "case closed", "sincerely", "done as promised".
This has been my WORST experience with ANY internet purchase EVER. I am pursuing this as much as I can but will make sure that no one ever buys a thing from them. This will be my goal for quite some time. They STOLE money from me, blatantly, purposefully and I am not the first VICTIM.
