This company took my money but did not deliver. I ordered two products in Jan. and received the cheapest of the two right away and when I reviewed the packing slip, the other accessory for my cell phone was on back order. If the web site had mentioned this, I would not have ordered that. I called 5 times so far, and have been hung up on twice, and have been told the two times that I have called that the item is still on back order and that it should be delivered to them this week and I should expect it no later than next Friday. Guess what!!! I've been told this before. So, on the suggestion of my husband, I called back and got hung up on. Then I called back again, talked to another representative from this company and was told that it had actually been shipped this morning. I requested a written confirmation of this, and was told that I will receive one via e - mail with in 48 hours. Well, I assured her that if I did not get that e-mail that they will be getting another call from me. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I have even asked one of the company reps that I have talked to one the phone for a similar product that is equal in value, and is in stock. I have also requested a refund. Here I am, no product but a lighter wallet. I warn against ordering anything from this company.
