We ordered a underwater housing for our camera so we could take it scuba diving on our trip to Hawaii. I ordered the "in stock" housing 4 wks before and made sure they knew we needed it a.S.A.P.
The day after I was supposed to receive it I called, and found out "It was on back order and that I should've received an email" I received no email or call I asked to speak with a manager and was put on hold for 15 min. And then hung up on (this happened 3 times)
When I finally talked to a manager I was assured that I would get it in 5 days. On the 5th day I still didn't get it so I called again I talked to a lady who was extremely rude and was told "the order was cancelled and I should have recieved an an email because it was out of stock" (I checked the web site and it said the item was still in stock 3 weeks after my order was put in).
I contacted the manager by cell phone and he told me that he had just found out that they no longer make this housing. I checked the Olympus web site before I ordered the housing and it said it was discontinued. Thats why I ordered it off this web site.
Overall the employees were rude and unhelpful. Even after complaining about the web site showing the item in stock, it took 6 weeks for it to be updated while they continued to sell this product to other customers.
Fortunatelly I found an excellent ebay company that was able to help me out and get me a housing delivered in 4 days. Unfortunatelly I didn't know about usacomplaints.com before I ordered but I will be sure to check it next time I use any company.
