Bought a 2004 Impala from a private party and it had an extended warranty with Auto Repair Warranty, Inc. Which I spent $100.00 to have it transfered into my name. Well it is time to use the warranty and LO and BEHOLD their claims phone# is disconnected [ 1-888-645-5020]. I tried all the other listed #'s 1-888-645-5040,1-800-210-6698. And at this # 1-440-331-4525 I got a recording saying that my call was VERY IMPORTANT AND THAT THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK. Which never happened. We went on the BBB and found out that this place has D rating. I guess I may have wasted $100.00 and the person I bought the car from paid these slime balls $1,099.00. If there is any way a person can sue these people please contact me.
