We ordered a bottle cutter in November expecting to have this product by Christmas. They did post on Facebook that they weren't meeting their shipments had been held up in customs but they ship soon. About a month after we had our product ordered and paid for the company offered priority shipping charges for those that wanted their product sooner.
I have tried to contact this company numerous times and not a word back from them. The next step is to fill a complaint with our State Attorney General... Whatever good that will do.
At this point I would like notification if the product has shipped, or when it will ship, or what the process is to get our money back.
