On Oct. 24 my wife was in a hit and run acciedent in my 2002 Dream Cruiser. The next morning we contacted our inserance company and the can and took and estimate. The claims rep. Asked is the car driveable and my wife and I said we hadn't had any problems with it becides the big dent in the front of it. We had an appointment for Nov. 16 for the body work to get done, but on Nov. 12 my car broked completely down while I was going to work.

That same day it was towed to Cutter Dodge. Te next day I recieved a call from the service dapartment at Cutter, stating that my vehicles engine was damaged internaly by water. They said there is no need to worry because everything would be covered in my warranty. So after taking over three weeks to do repairs the service department called me and told me the none of the work would be covered in my warranty and that I would have to come up with $7,000 dollars. Till this day over three months later Cutter Dodge is still has my car and is not going to take responsablity of the mistake that is there fault.

I that Cutter should realize that the steps they took in repairing my car were completely wrong.
