I went to Bizers to get new contacts. After 4 visits and countless hours waiting I still can't see out of the contacts. The initial contacts exam took about 5 minutes. After tyring on a temporary set that were not correct they had me try on at least 5 other temporary sets, each time changing the prescription a bit. I could have just gone there and started trying on different sets of contacts until I found the correct prescription. This was on the first visit. They said to take the temporary set home and try them for a few days. I did this, then went back only to sit and wait again and go through the same process. I took another pair home to try for a few days. I had a 3rd visit, this time the right eye prescription was good but the left eye was not. Once again I took home temporaries to try. On my visit back today I waitied an hour and one half, then checked at the desk to see why I hadn't been called back yet. They apologized stating my name had been crossed off the list, someone thought I had already been seen. They promised I would be seen next. Twenty minutes later I am still sitting there. I went to the desk and requested they return my money and we could each go our own way. They refused to return the money for the examination. I advised since I still couldn't see, the exam must not have been a good one and I would like my money. I pointed out a large sign on the wall that says "30 days money back quarantee if not fully satisfied". The lady said, "oh that means on materials only". The sign didn't say that. I am out the money for the exam (the insurance paid for the materials). Do yourself a favor, don't go to Bizers unless you have money to toss down the drain and hours you want to spend in a waiting room for dismal results.
