The corporation charges so much, while an inmates call-in their family members, their prices is excellent absurd. They asked for a prepaid transaction of atleast $25-$50, they remove instantly 4.95 to get a transaction charge, then another $5.00 for linking charge, subsequently incurred you. 90 cents per minuite. I have to contact a cnn to research with this issue... I've evidence of all our costs, however they cannot supply exctly the minuites, whenever you link, a-2 minute discussion consumed the $25.00. I do want to file case against the corporation, this can be a large con to group of inmates who managed to use this only supplier for sacramento state jail. Looking to get a customer attorney with this and can contact cnn or nbc to research further with this telephone company...
