I went inside to pay for gas and a car wash. I asked the cashier if my car doesnt come clean do i get to go through again? Specifically because my car was really dirty and if he would have said no i could have went somewhere else. He answered, "yes, you do." i went through and my car was still dirty and have pictures in front of store to prove it. I went in to get my ticket to go back through again and the store owner some idiot forgeiner tried to explain that he was running a business and how cars dont always come clean! Lol funniest thing ive ever heard! He has owned a car for six years and knows this. Funny cause i have owned a car for 12 years and never left a carwash with a dirty car besides this time. I asked for my money back and/or a car wash he said no. I dont have time for this and walked away. First of all you are in business because of customers like me that come and spend our hard earned money with you. What would shells store cost be for a car wash that i paid $8.00 for??? I believe around $1.50-$2.00. To keep a happy customer are you serious??? Thats cheap i have spent a lot of money with them unfortunately and will never go back to any oil company with any part of shell! Very disappointed all i wanted was a clean car!: (: (: (: (: (: (: (: (he gave me nothing not a clean car or my money back it was really disheartening to see that people are so greedy. I paid for a service that i did not get why wouldt the store owner/manager fix it?
