I took my car in for the first time to this car wash. I have a purple 96 Grand Am that is in excellent condition. The car wash machine broke down, which we and others had to wait for 30 minutes just to have our cars washed. They turned away other people.
When I was signed that my car was ready, I walked around the car only to find dirt. I asked the guy to please re-wash the car, or use the towel to remove the dirt. He huffed, and only did like 1 dirt spot. I called the office to report the incident, and nothing was done.
Not only did I leave this place with a dirty car, but with a bad attitude. I will NEVER take my car to this place again. Thank goodness I found an excellent car wash - Bill's Car Wash in Fern Creek to have my car cleaned.
