Signed up the beginning of the year with their Choice package for $29.99. Service for 01/10/10 - 02/09/10. Got first bill for $39.43... Ok with that. Several days after my service started I got a call from their marketing dept. To try Starz & showtime. The agent said it would only cost $5.00 more a month. I said ok. Well guess what... He switched me to the choice extra package... I was never told that my package would change and my bill for this month is $69.57!!! I'm not getting anywhere with their customer service people. It's so hard to read their billing. I don't know what is going to happen now... I told them to switch me back to where I was on the choice plan... But they allready got me and won't change the current bill. I'm at their mercy!!! I'm lock in for 2 years or pay a $480.00 fee.
