SO GLAD i used my credit card and not wire these idiots any money
I have been talking to this company for about 3mts before I purchased the Fusion dialer license, recordings and minutes to run a dialer campaign for my business. On
1-25- a purchase the recordings (message people will hear when they pick up the phone) however I did not want to purcahse the license until they got the recordings. They refunded my 100.00 and said that they no longer accept credit cards. Because they had been defrauded and I needed to wire them the money to a chase account:
then luis proceeded to upsale me telling me that I need to purcahse the minutes and the license fee and recordings together and that they would give me a "deal" of $600 but I had to wire the money. I said ok, however I did not wire anything. Luis called me
and asked about the money I said I didnt want to spend $600 he said that he had spoke to his boss and that he can't take a credit card for anything over $550, i said ok well I will order the recordings, $200 for minutes and the license fee for fusion is $99 per month? Thats only $400 he said well I was going to give u a deal? I said I just want to spend $400 right now. So on FEB 2 I paid $400 on my credit card (he wasnt to happy about this and tried to upsale me pass the $550 mark so that I would wire the funds) I called the next and ask about my recordings he said that the computer needed a part and that I will have them the next day, well on or about THE 4/5 OF FEB I called and left a message I told them I will be disputing If I didnt hear from them by the following wensday, I called on monday and tueday the 8th and 9th and emailed them and I didnt get any response their phone #"s no longer work and they are not responding to emails. I have disputed this info with my credit card and I will get my $ back SO HAPPY I DIDNT WIRE THEM ANY MONEY!!!
