Voicexpress has no customer service phone number and they have been fraudulently charging my phone bill for a couple months now. They typically refund your money but you need to report this to your attorney general. They just open another company and continue. Is america complacent? Is your rep up to his ears in lobbyists? These companies have no documentation showing you ordered their services. Batting 100% unwelcome service (no one orders them, they onlycram into your phone bill from what i can see)
