Voicexpress charged a VOICE MAIL MONTHLY FEE of $12.95 for 3 months before I caught the unauthorized charge and called them. The man laughed and sounded like he was expecting my call and did not argue. He said he would take the charge off and refund my money. That was last month.
This month I still do not have the refund and Voicexpress charged me again. I want my money back and I want Voicexpress to not be allowed to do this to me or anyone else again.
