Charge. 45 cents on my credit card without my knowledge, clerk participating on credit card fraud with another individual

The store manager and the clerks are trained not to disclose the. 45 cents charge on the credit card since the manager and the owner of the store are getting incentives on the credit card charge. The clerk is also participating on credit card scams with other individuals with the knowledge of the manager.
