Sears Credit
Sears $3767 payoff payment made check deposited and canceled our account not credited refuse to give any remedy

Entire payoff payment was sent to Sear's Credit card and it was deposited and cancelled in their bank. We have proof of the cancelled check. Sears Credit refuses to credit our account for the amount that they have already deposited in their bank. We continually called the sears to resolve this issue but we are met continuously with absolutely no resolution to our problem. Also met with extremely rude service when trying to find some resolution.
