This moving company quoted me an estimate of $2568, then demanded I pay an additional $595.00 for a trailer they NEVER delivered, plus after being 7 days late in delivering my belongings, the truck driver demanded I pay an additional $1045.00 upon delivery... Threatening that if I didn't pay the additional fees they would drop my belongings off at a storage facility in New Jersey, then charge me $250.00 per day to store my belongings. The company or truck driver NEVER communicated with me to let me know what day and time my belongings would arrive, then when the driver did arrive in town, he called me at 9PM, telling me he was in town and wanted to unload my belongings. The driver didn't have anyone to help him unload my belongings, so I had to help unload my belongings from the truck. After unloading my belongings, I discovered a grand total of $7260.00 in damaged and stolen property, plus in excess of $5,000.00 damage to my 100th Aniversary Special Edition Harley Davidson of which only 1000 were made. As soon as I discovered my damaged and stolen property, I contacted the company's customer service department, and was given the name and phone number to a company called Anthem that was supposedly an independent company that handles consumer complaints against moving companies. Turns out, Anthem is a fake company established by the Win Van Lines. Over the past 2 weeks, each time I have attempted to contact Win Van Lines customer service department to demand my weight ticket, inventory list, and compensation for my damaged and stolen property, I am given the run around and get no where. Note: This company didn't never disclosed that they would transport my belongings to a warehouse, before loading my belongings onto a truck. When at the warehouse, my boxes were opened, rummaged through, damaged, stolen, and re-taped very negligently. I even received empty boxes that had contained my computer equipment. My next step will be to file a lawsuit against this company and owner of the company, and to file my complaint against this company with the Attorney General. Anyone interested in joining me to file a class action lawsuit against this company, please contact me at mailto: @gmail.com
