A company should not be allowed to mislead customers into purchasing poducts that simply don't work. The customer is left with little recourse since computer software is essentially unreturnable for refund. Marketing software that does not work and is unreturnable for refund must be a money making gravy train for this company. Be a smart consumer and aviod products from this company.
