I ordered gaming products. Typically delivered next day. Been over two weeks. Credit card charged. Contact with on-line support for gaming products has been met with unbelievable uncooperation. Each time I ask when I'll get the order they say they will email me. I never get the order. No one can tell me why. Usually the support stops communicating with me when I ask when can I expect my product. I've tried 5 times. Each time, no results. The support is very questionable. I've kept transcripts and it is easy to see they are not helping me. All this for $15 worth of product. I don't know what to do... I dont expect any help over $15, but who knows...
