This company charged an additional fee for express delivery. They quoted one price then charged 10.00 more. THey did not deliver the flowers when agreed to. The next day they delivered during lunch when no one was at the location. When I called to complain I was told that the flowers would be redelivered the next week. When they were not delivered the next week I called to complain and was told I would be given a 5.00 dollar refund. When I complained they offered a ten dollar refund. I asked for a supervisor which they grudgingly finally let me speak to. The supervisor said they would not redeliver the flowers, finally offering me 14.99 back for the express delivery charge and a ten dollar apology coupon. This is not acceptable, as I was promised many things that this company did not deliver. If you are looking here first, don't use this company!!
