Debra hired me to consult with her on the opening of her very own surgical suite. After hire, we determined the state of washington would not allow for this being a certificate of need state. Debra then changed her mind on a surgery center and went office based only. This is what i was hired to do to begin with. Then she went back and forth indecisive as to surgery center or surgical suite. Low and behold she wanted the application dropped for survey, yet she had not determined which route to go...
Then she formed an opinion to me as not doing as i had said and then became dogmatic in her approach demanding full refund. This obviously was not going to happen since i had placed an RN in her facility for a week and had made several trips to meet with her on several occasions.
Then she decides she is going to keep the medical equipment that she had purchased and still sue me for the money that she had paid for it.
