Over a mth ago my boyfriend and I ordered 3 reptiles from them with overnight shipping we were not only charged 5 more then the receipt said but they never sent anything. Everytime we call we get "put on hold" which is just them putting the phone down so they can contuine whatever conversation they were having with their friends while we sit on hold. When they decide to get back to us 10,15 20 mins later we are told oh you need a manager and either they arent there and they hang up or they put us on hold for another 20 mins and then hang up. We finally just spoke with chase the bank we had the credit card with that we charged it on and they refunded it immediately. I work in customer service and this is worst service or rather the complete lack there of that i have ever seen! If we would have googled this before we shopped we would have known not to shop with them. Live and learn and thank god for credit card companies!
