Milnex Power Storm
Ordered one vac, get one free, sent four vacs, told me to return 2 i had to paid and they wold reinverse me, cant get hold of them 800# disconnected, ny number puts you on hold, or hang up on you trying for months

Orded one vacuum and receive one free. Plus s/h 19.00.
Received 4 vacuums and 74.00 in shipping charges. Called 8oo number and told to return 2 vacuums and pay 37.00 for shipping which i did and they would credit my credit card. This was 3/22/06, they received vacs back and to wait 2 months for credit to show up.

To date 8/15/06 have called them numerous times, keep getting left on hold. Then they hang up on me. My phone bill. 30 minuntes on hold at a time. Corporate office in NY at 212-575-0500 are no help at all and will give you no info on whos in charge.
