Reptile has to be the worst company I've ever dealt with. We ordered some live animals with the expectation they would be shipped appropriately for cold weather. When they arrived not only had they not been send with any heat packs, they were also, of course, all dead.
Their live arrival guarantee doesn't cover shipping costs, I can understand that under normal circumstances. The only response I received to the shipping manager, Derik, know the animals werent packaged appropriately was that he would need to check with the person who packaged them... Who had been fired since then.
Not only would they not admit fault on the shipping from their end they won't even speak with the shipping company (FedEx) about the claim they had me open on the order.
I've been dealing with them for 2 months now, during which time they have refused to contact me back any of the times they said they would. I've also be placed on hold for up to 20 min at a time, just to be hung up on several times. At this point they won't even answer when i call.
I guess if your service is that poor you have to have caller ID to screen your calls...
