I made the mistake of ordering a "autographed" guitar from this company. Not twenty minutes after I placed my order did I come on here to find all of these reports confirming what my gut instinct was already telling me. They are all fake. I sent e-mail after e-mail, and even called "Customer Service" to cancel my order before it shipped, but I got no where. My calls went unanswered, and on the only occasion out of many that I did get someone to answer, I was told I had to submit my cancellation in the form of an e-mail, which I had already done. I again submitted a request to cancel and never got a response. More than a week went by and I figured they got the message and cancelled it because I never received a shipping tracking number as promised when they were going to ship the item. Today, the item arrived on my doorstep. I was charged $45 for shipping when the label on the box clearly states it only cost $16 to ship. I took it back to the post office and refused delivery. The charges are being disputed with my credit card company, and I was already informed by them that they are under investigation for tons of fraudulent activity. Beware of these guys, they are scam artists selling fake garbage!
If you want a laugh, check out the website: Autographsamerica.com... Every picture on the front page must have been photoshopped. Either that or this guy only owns one shirt and tie. And a single pair of sunglasses he wears in every photo in the same pose hahahha
