I booked the hotel "Am Wiener Platz, koln, Germany "from booking.com website for 25 Jan and provided my credit card details. While check-out on 26-Jan, I paid the cash money at reception and took receipt. But hotel again deducted money from credit card on 31 Jan. This is miss use of my credit card details that I passed to hotel at the time booking. When I enquired from hotel for this transaction, they said I booked the hotel for 30th and 31st Jan as well. Which is not true since when I asked them proof/request of booking, they do not have any request/proof from my side. Let me know way to get my money back.
