I can't believe this company even exists, I had to get their service because of the apartment I live in won't all any other cable provider than comcast.
They decided to change their cable modem lease price from $3 to $5 and without any notice. I contacted them about this and rep told me that notice were in newspaper, like I am suppose to read it in my paper. I asked her for a date and name of newspaper it was published in and she was rude about it and put me on hold for 10 mins and comes back and say "it was in last months paper" I could hear her eating her food, chewing right in the food and needless to say she was very unprofessional. I can't believe company like this has very bad customer service, I get better customer service at mcdonals or burger king.
