I bought a new car for my daughter and the dealership called the brett insurance agency to get immediate coverage before we left the dealership. The dealer then called the finance company to give them all the insurance information etc. I within 5 days got a bill from the brett insurance agency and paid it immediately as my daughter was only 17 and i was worried about her driving experience as a young lady. I was right just a couple months thereafter she got into a serious accident with the new car. The brett insurance agency totally deserted us and refused to help in any way. They cashed are check, sent us cards but never paid for the claim or helped us in any way. I had the car repaired and the bill was in excess of $12,000.00 and the body shop made me pay the whole bill to get the car back because the said brett wouldn't have anything to do with the claim. Unbelievable but so true. What thieves these people are and i swear to be the gospel truth.
