We placed an ad on Craigslist for an SEO/SEM person. We recieved a response from a young man named Brett Moeller professing to be willing to advise us for free as a part of his graduate school program. Hindsight a feel like a real fool for buying into this but he seemed like a really honest, nice kid.
Brett recommended a company called Americai for sight word optimization and said it was a one time fee of $30.00. We gave him the OK to sign us up. After the first visit we never heard from brett again but started getting nemerous emails and calls from America's Best Companies. We never associated it with the company that Brett signed us up with. Make a long story short, we were informed that we had signed up for a years contract. Scammed
