Tax Act Endeavor Will not give information about why refund is not on card yet and refuses to let you speak to a supervisor without charging!

I used Tax Act to file my return this year and agreed to have them direct deposit my refund on an Endeavor Card. The IRS has informed me that they have given my funds to that bank for DD on January 29. It is now February 1 and still no money on the card.
I called the customer service number on the card on the 30th. The lady did NOT ask me for my card number or any identification but said that they must not have gotten to my refund on that day and it should be on there by 8am today. I called back today since no money yet and spoke to a very rude man by the name of Kerry (Employer id # 7142). He refused to give me any information without charging me $2.50 that is not even on my card and also refused to let me speak to a supervisor or give me a supervisor's name!
This is very unprofessional and sounds like a scan. The IRS said they will investigate. I have read where other people are having the same issue all over the internet, so I advise any and everyone not to use this service!
