Pre-existing condition

I purchased extended warranty from STOPBILLREPAIR.com on 12/17/09 was garanteed they would not try to scam me. My concern was that my car is american made and being a social worker and tutor I didn't want to stop in some of the rural areas that I travel to. But I was also concerned about giving this agency access to my checking account # to take my payments out each month. The question was asked of me if there were any problems with the car and I answered no problems. I had recieved a tune up about mid october. I purchased the warranty. On 01/25/10 the car would not come out of reverse and would not move in drive. I asked my sons mechanic what was happening and he said it may be the transmission. On 01/26/10 the same thing occured (unable to get the car to move from the gears. I contacted the warranty company on 01/26/10 and was told to take the car to aamco. I took the car to aamco on 01/26/10 on the recommmendation of the rep @ stoprepair. On 01/27/10. The aamco owner called me back to say stopbillrepair would not fix my car because of a pre-existing condition with the transmission. I called warranty company. Ispoke with Steve Kelly Claims supervisor between 11am-2pm and was able to speak with him about 2pm. Steve stated they have reason to believe the condition was pre-existing and they would not pay to repair. I asked for a higher rep and Steve referred me to Randy Maxwell. I called back several times for Maxwell but was told he was in meetings. I also called Maxwell early 01/28/10 and was told by Steve he would be in in 2 hrs was put to answering machine. No return call to this date 02/01/10. The owner of ammco called the company to speak with the company regarding the car while I was @ the shop on 01/28/10. He spoke with an adjuster (Chris) and explained to Chris the informaton I had was proof of recent tune up and no indication of transmission issues. The owner of shop passed the phone to me and Chis stated he had reason tho believe the car had a precondition and then hung up on me when I didn't agree that the car had a pre condition.
