Our contract has been up for almost a year. Our last month with them, they charged us for Mobile to Mobile minutes, and some nights and weekends. We went in to a store and they didn't help. So we switched companies 2 days into the monthly bill. Now they are charging us for a full month and refusing to reverse those fees, we even talked to a manager. He wouldn't do it because it was in the terms and conditions of the "contract", that has been up. This company is very unscrupulous, and would not do business with them because they will have you overpay.
