I had ordered an Onkyo HT-S9100THX 7.1-Channel Home Theater System (order N348) they said to pay the amount through Western Union on the 18 Jan to Mr Andrew Collier, based in UK as they would be shipping the system from UK to Spain where i live.
They said they would send me a shipment tracking Number in 24 hrs after receiving the money. I got confirmed that the money was collected from Western Union. But its been 2 weeks since and i haven't received any news from them, neither a response to any of my emails. I even tried contacting the company on Phone, but to no one picks it up.
I would like them to fulfill their obligation... If not to refund me the entire amount as soon as possible.
