Placed an order for cigarettes on sept 17. Told to western union the payment of $311.20. A lyn arobo picked up money. Asured me the cigarette would go out within 24 hr. When i asked for tracking # was told they don't get one. Their terms state that if cigarette are not received in 15 days to let them know they will either refund money or replace cigarettes. When i emaild their response was that they have to receive cigareete back before they do anything. I said i was going to report them and they said they will ship 1/2 the order again and when i receive they will ship other 1/2 now its been almost 3 months and i haven't received cigarettes or money. They will not even respond to my emails. I am an older woman that lives on a fixed income and $311.00 is a lot of money to me.
