I submitted a report on the 03.12.211 and have been trying to follow sequents of events since and have not been able to do so. I repeat the details, of what happened now.in my previous report, I did not write the name of the indidvidual, in Western Union, who was directly dealing with my case. I also wrote the Monetary Damages incorrectly as I was converting £25-30,000
to US Dollars.
In the summer of a considerable amount of money I sent abroad, Africa, from London, England, via Western Union, was not received by intended individuals. After some investigation by Western Unoin, I was informed I was a victim of Fraud. The Organisation, Western Union, offered me Compensation on of $30,000 (US dollers). I received that information, with all the paper work, including a certificate, stating the amount, in December. However, I had to pay "processing" charges. It was very difficult for me to pay these charges which were to be sent via Western Union Agents and that is not cheap. It was one charge after another, (I still have all the receipts). The individual who was dealing with my case was Mr. Hans Smith. He was/is based in Switzerland where the The Western Union Bank, in Europe is.in July, I was informed the Compensation amount I was to receive had gone up to $90,000.
However, I had to pay more tax which I did.
I paid the last amount, of the so called processing charges, on the 03.10.2011. Mr Smith contacted me on the same day, stated he would be contacting me to make arrangements of the transfer of Compensation Money, into my account, the following day, I never heard from him for 3 weeks. I contacted Western Union Headquarters, never got response, tried again x2, in early November. There was still no response.
