I paid via Western Union on 8 August, $150.00 USD to a Mr Bill Leininger of Fleuroma Communications London for one Samsung Galaxy S i9000 smart phone for my twelve year old daughter. I found Mr Bill Leininger's ad via Alibaba.com, a referral website which connects buyers and sellers together. After wiring the money directly to Mr Bill Leininger's account, I informed him of the Western Union MTCN number on my Western Union receipt, which he insisted he needed in order to collect the money from his end. He continued to insist that the money was not available to be collected from his end in a Western Union Branch in London and insisted I check the MTCN number and resend. After checking with my local post office where the Western Union transaction took place, the post office attendant after contacting Western Union Head Office, informed me that the money had in fact been collected from a Western Union branch in London the previous day by a Mr Bill Leininger. Mr Leininger has refused to reply to my last email to him written in August, in which I asked him to send me the phone which I paid for. Since then I have had no further contact with him and have not been sent the Samsung phone which I purchased from him.
