This company broke my expensive China, and ruined my new finished hard-wood floors. Furthermore, they would rarely come as scheduled! Interestingly, each and every time they came the place would smell great, but after further inspection, the carpet in our office and bedrooms were never vacuumed, the tub had mildew on numerous occasions (partly because they didn't come regularly), and the entertainment area was full of dust. The kitchen stove was also very dirty, and it appeared that they swept all the dirt in one corner in the kitchen, and didn't even throw it away later. I asked them what equipment they used on my hardwood floors, and they stated they used a "specialized wood cleaner". Well... That "specialized wood cleaner" ruined the finish, and now I am trying to get them to pay for what it will cost to refinish my hardwood floors. My theory is that they used an "all purpose cleaner", rather than something for the hardwood floors. Furthermore, I had noticed that they broke a few pieces of China, and yet they deny so. I knew that a couple pieces were broken because they were missing. They must have broken them, and subsequently thrown it away, assuming we would not find out. I will be pursuing this matter as well. I asked my wife if she had broken anything, and she denied it... Wow... What a surprise. This Company doesn't believe in working hard, and certainly lacks integrity.
