Cant get the order right 3 times

I order a rare stake and the brought me a well done then i order again and told the lady that i wanted a rare so she said they will bring me back another one so they did a well done so i told the lade i dont want a well done i want a rare and she brought me the third time a well done. 3 times they got my order wrong and still made me pay for my meal i give them a 2 for there care for the customer it was pathetic. Didnt even ask if they would pay for my meal just gave me the bill.
