Premier Vacation Homes, Inc has failed to pay the required taxes on the vacation home we contracted them to manage for us.in addition, utility bills are in arrears despite the fact they charged us every month as if they paid them on time.
Once we started questioning the transactions they have disappeared by not answering their phones or answering emails.
We now have no access to the bills paid in 2008 nor the required documents for preparation of the 2008 Income Taxes.
Anyone still attempting to rent homes from this organization beware they will take your reservation but there is no one there any more!
