I did not authorize this company to take 99.95 from my account. I was online applyying for a payday loan, and they latched on. I never agreed to terms and conditions.
When i called them, they guy was very rude and all he would do is cancel my membership. He just kept repeating that they did not refund and talked to me like i was stupid and there was no way i could have not seen the terms and condistions.
He just kept repeating that they did not issue refunds. I even asked them to speak to a supervisor, and all he said was that he would not account and have a good day and hung up.
Any attempts to call them now are put on hold and then after 2 minutes, they disconnect.
I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau in nevada.
