I ordered what I thought was a pretty good deal. The complete Series of Matlock on DVD. What an upset it has been. Fuzzy DVD's and poor quality. It is hard to even watch. So since the end of December I have been trying to contact these idiots and return my product for a full refund which it states that I have 15 days after I recieve the item to contact them for return information. Well they keep sending me automatic emails and bogus information stating "Please kindly note that an official DVD collection has not been released for this series and what you received was a collectors/fan edition", whatever I just want my money back for this crap! Please understand what my reasonings are for the return, pretty legit and I have the right under their policy to make a return. Obviously this is a SCAM and this company needs to be stopped.
