I wrote to customer service complaining of the quality and condition received in and asked why the product came from China, which is known for bad quality. If I had known this I would not have ordered. There should be a CLASS action suit against this company for fraudlent remarks on their website stating high quality and a refund policy. Here was my respoinse but as of yet no action has been received from the company.
