On Jan. 9 I placed an order for 3 DVDs. I have the printed receipt.
On Sat. Jan. 16 when I didn't receive my order, I tried to get onto the website and there was a message "Store is closed".
On my confirmation email was a phone number, so I called the number and left a message. I have the confirmation email.
I also had the email address from the confirmation email and so I sent a message.
I received a response from Sam Robinson saying that my order was shipped and that I should expect it the next week. I have the emailed response.
On Mon. Jan. 26 I still had not received my order. I searched "classictvnow" on the Internet and found usacomplaints.com that I didn't find when I searched the Internet on the 9th and the 16th. I sent another email to the address but have not received an answer as of this writing.
